I went to several different real estate agents before I decided to have Tisha list my 2017 manufactured home for sale. I chose her due to experience and recommendations of close friends . She was open to my opinion on what I thought we should list it for. All of the other agents I spoke to, thought my initial listing was too high. After only one day on the market I had showings. The next day I had an offer above my listing price. She is a professional and is on the ball. I literally let her take over and did almost nothing. After I accepted the offer, we put a contingency offer on another piece of property. She was able to get me a great buy even in this sellers market.
